TuneFest Dungarvan 

Founded by Donnchadh Gough & Valerie O'Gorman, TuneFest Dungarvan is a celebration of traditional Irish music, culture, and community, bringing locals and visitors together for a weekend of unforgettable performances and lively sessions. Since its inception in 2019, the festival has flourished into a much-anticipated annual event, transforming Dungarvan into a vibrant hub of music, dance, and entertainment. From headline acts and intimate CD launches to impromptu pub sessions and an energetic gig rig in Grattan Square, TuneFest is a true celebration of Irish talent and tradition.

“We're delighted to bring TuneFest Dungarvan back for what promises to be our biggest and best year yet,” said festival organiser Donnchadh Gough, a highly respected uilleann piper and bodhrán player with Danú, and owner of The Local gastropub, a well-known venue for live trad music. “We have an incredible line-up of musicians joining us over the weekend. Whether you’re an aspiring musician, a lifelong trad fan, or simply looking for a fantastic weekend away, there’s something for everyone. We can’t wait to welcome you all to Dungarvan!”
